The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training has once again officially authorized ASIIN to carry out accreditation procedures in Vietnam. The approval has been in effect since June 17, 2026, for a period of five years, seamlessly continuing the previous recognition. It confirms the long-standing and successful cooperation between ASIIN and the Vietnamese higher education sector.

With its official registration, ASIIN is entitled to accredit study programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. The disciplinary scope includes engineering and natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, economics, architecture, as well as selected areas of education, agricultural sciences, and health sciences. In addition, ASIIN is authorized to conduct institutional accreditations at Vietnamese universities.

In recent years, ASIIN has already been active at numerous universities in Vietnam, including the Vietnam National University, the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the Ho Chi Minh City International University, Ton Duc Thang University, and the Vietnamese-German University.

ASIIN thanks the Vietnamese government for this renewed vote of confidence and recognition of its work and looks forward to continuing to actively support quality assurance and development in the Vietnamese higher education system.
