What

Welcome to the International Conference on Higher Education Innovation and Quality Assurance in Uzbekistan, taking place from April 7-8, 2025. This two-day event brings together experts, policymakers, and education experts and innovators from Uzbekistan, Germany, and beyond to explore critical aspects of higher education development.

The event starts with individual boutique consultations targeted to your institution, followed by a workshop on writing a self-assessment report for an accreditation.

On day 2 the conference opens with a joint welcome address by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan and the German Ambassador to Uzbekistan.

The conference is organized in 3 sessions:

Session 1 focuses on how the Uzbek higher education sector and benefit from ASIIN's contributions to advancements in higher education, exploring capacity building and quality assurance enhancement.

The day continues in Session 2 with an in-depth look at global ranking systems and their implications for higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and Germany, featuring insights from renowned experts in the field.

The afternoon session 3 on the first day delve into strengthening Uzbekistan-Germany partnerships in higher education and skilled workforce development. Discussions will cover international exchange opportunities, the internationalization of higher education in Uzbekistan, and strategies for connecting higher education with industry.

This event serves as a pivotal platform for knowledge exchange, fostering international collaboration, and driving innovation in Uzbekistan's higher education landscape.
