Tran Bich Hue, MSc.

Tran Bich Hue, M.Sc., is the Head of the Quality Accreditation Management Unit at the Vietnam Educational Quality Management Agency (VQA), under the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). With a strong background in law and technology management, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Law, Vietnam National University, and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Lund University, Sweden.
Ms. Tran has held key managerial positions within MOET, including her tenure as Head of Unit 4 at the Inspectorate from 2014 to 2020. Since 2020, she has led the Quality Accreditation Management Unit, playing a pivotal role in shaping Vietnam's higher education quality assurance landscape.
Her extensive experience includes developing significant regulatory frameworks and decisions, which are critical to the quality assurance and accreditation of higher education institutions in Vietnam. Ms. Tran has also coordinated several international and national projects aimed at enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of Vietnam's education quality assurance system. Notable among these are her contributions are collaborations with the University of Queensland, and initiatives supported by the World Bank and British Council.
Ms. Tran's expertise is further recognized through her role as a facilitator for the AUN Internal Quality Assurance System Design and Development Workshop in 2023, underscoring her commitment to advancing educational quality standards in Vietnam and the broader ASEAN region.
