About us
The University of Belgrade – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is the oldest and the largest higher education and scientific institution in the field of mechanical engineering in Serbia. The roots of the Faculty date back to 1873. The Faculty offers two BSc (BSc in Mechanical Engineering and BSc in Information Technologies in Mechanical Engineering), two MSc (MSc in Mechanical Engineering with 21 study specializations and MSc in Industry 4.0), and one PhD study program (PhD in Mechanical Engineering). Approximately 4,500 students are currently studying at the Faculty, and around 600 graduate each year. The Faculty has nearly 400 employees, of whom about 200 are engaged in teaching.
