The conference package costs 550,- € incl. VAT and contains:
  • Two days conference participation
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks (both days)
  • Lunch (both days)
  • Social program: Visit of a traditional German Christmas market

2. Conference Participation

3. Visit of a traditional German Christmas market for conference participants

Conference participants can join a visit of a traditional German Christmas market in the evening of 10 December 2018 free of charge.

5. Payment

After the online registration, you will receive an email with an invoice from ASIIN. The full amount has to be paid in Euro by bank transfer. The bank fees have to be paid and taken care of by the participants themselves. Once we receive the amount due, you will receive your registration confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made after October 22. A 60% refund will be given for cancellations received by 22 October 2018, if a request is received in written by ASIIN. All refund requests must be submitted to forst[at]asiin[dot]de. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty, but the information has to be sent to us by 30 November 2018 at the latest. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
