In the following you can find all necessary information for the public part of the event as well as the EASPA General Assembly (for members only):

Public part: 4th ASIIN/EASPA Global QA Conference (11 December 2017)

The conference package costs 230,- EUR and contains:
  • Social event on 10 December 2017: Nightwatchman Tour
  • Conference participation on 11 December 2017
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch
  • Conference Dinner on the 11th December in a an old brewery in downtown Düsseldorf

For members only: EASPA General Assembly (12 December 2017)

Only members of EASPA may attend the General Assembly. Participation is free of charge and independent of participation in the Global QA Conference.

2.1 Conference Participation (public part)

I attend the 4th ASIIN/EASPA Global QA Conference on the 11 December 2017.


2.2 General Assembly Participation (members only)

I am a member of EASPA and attend the EASPA General Assembly on the 12 December 2017.


2.3 Social event for conference participants

Conference participants can join in an “Nightwatchman Tour” in the old town of Düsseldorf in the evening of 10 December free of charge. The registration is binding.

2.4 Dinner on the 11 December for conference participants

3. Payment

After the online registration, you will receive an email with an invoice from ASIIN. The full amount has to be paid in Euro by bank transfer. The bank fees have to be paid and taken care of the participants themselves. Once we receive the amount due, you will receive your registration confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made after October 25 2017. A 70% refund will be given for cancellations received by this day, if a request is received in written by ASIIN. All refund requests must be submitted to roggan[at]asiin[dot]de. No refunds will be made after that date and for no-shows.
