In the following you can find all necessary information on the fees for the main conference as well as the pre-conference:

Main Conference (3 - 4 May 2016)

The conference package costs 595,- EUR incl. VAT and contains:
  • Two days conference participation
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks (both days)
  • Lunch (both days)
  • Gala dinner on 3 May 2016
  • Social program: Guided tour of Berlin

Pre-Conference Workshops

The first 80 persons to register for the conference and for at least one pre-workshop have the possibility to attend one of the 4 pre-workshops free of charge. Attention: There are no free of charge places left. However there are still free chargeable places left, which you can still register for.

One pre-workshop includes the following:
  • Lunch
  • Coffee break
  • Conference material

2.1 Conference Participation

2.2 Guided tour for conference participants

Conference participants can join in a guided tour of Berlin in the evening of 2 May free of charge. The registration is binding.

3. Preconference participation (2 May 2016)

The preconference is hosted by the following organizations:
  • ASIIN
  • EASPA - European Alliance for Subject-Specific and Professional Accreditation and Quality Assurance
  • ENAEE - European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education
  • EQANIE - European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education
Workshop fee structure

For participants of the conference: If you choose to participate in one workshop the fee amounts to 100,- EUR. The second workshop amounts to 50,- EUR. It is important to note, that the first 80 persons to register for the conference have the possibility to attend one of the 4 pre-workshops free of charge.

For participants of the workshops only: If you choose to participate in one workshop the fee amounts to 180,- EUR. The second workshop amounts to 250,- EUR.

  14.00 - 17.00: EASPA - Third Global Conference of Professional Accreditation in cooperation with ASPA (American Network for the Specialized and Professional Accreditation) (chargeable)
  14.00 - 17.00: ASIIN International Workshop for HE Institutions with an interest to undergo program accreditation, institutional accreditation or certification of CPD, LLL courses (chargeable)

4. Payment

After the online registration, you will receive an email with an invoice from ASIIN. The full amount has to be paid in Euro by bank transfer. The bank fees have to be paid and taken care of the participants themselves. Once we receive the amount due, you will receive your registration confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made after February 29. An 80% refund will be given for cancellations received by 29 February 2016, if a request is received in written by ASIIN. All refund requests must be submitted to lochbaum[at]asiin[dot]de. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty, but the information has to be sent to us latest by 15 April 2016. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
